Paczki Process The Paczki are deep fried. Goodrich associates flip each one
individually creating a pastry which will hold the maximum amount of
delicious filling. Filling the Paczki comes next. The are available this year in the
following flavors: Apple, Lemon, Raspberry, Cream, Custard (Bavarian
Cream), Blackberry, Chocolate, Prune and our new flavors, Cherry,
Apple-Raspberry and Black Raspberry. Glaze and powdered sugar are the traditional finishing touch.
